- You may cancel your registration and receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee up to 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.
- In the event that you cancel your registration less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee.
- Tickets are non-transferrable to another person or another event.

The entire camp experience is designed to connect with people in a natural environment and help them focus on what is really important in life, without the distractions of our hectic culture. Big Canyon offers an incredibly beautiful camp and retreat experience including a rustic lodge with meeting room, sleeping and cooking facilities, four additional sleeping yurt structures with bathrooms, and event/activities planning assistance.
